With over a decade of experience in project marketing and residential real estate, Luke Rowatt has worked in-house within some of Australia’s most highly regarded developers including Little Projects and BPM, within the real estate team at Philip Webb and as Channel Manager of internationally renowned property agency JLL.

As the Managing Director of Elevation Property, Luke has established a project Sales and Marketing vehicle that provides an integrated and more cost-effective sales solution to developers by operating from within their business. With a career spanning property management and residential real estate prior to project marketing, as well as development managing a number of townhouse developments privately, Luke is equipped with an advantageous skillset that understands property development.

From the design phase through to pricing, marketing, sales and ultimately settlement, Luke is dedicated to mitigating unnecessary risks and actively exploring methods to deliver savings and efficiencies to his clients.
